Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for a manufacturing operations and corporate office environment. This on-site role covers end-user support, hardware troubleshooting, and coordination with infrastructure teams in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle desktop/laptop/mobile device support, conference room tech, and ticket management while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and basic networking.
• Understanding of networking concepts and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies and endpoint management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, phones, printers, and other network-connected equipment.
• Support plant and office employees with day-to-day technical issues and service requests.
• Configure and support conference room technology, including audio/video equipment and meeting room systems.
• Manage ticket queues, walk-up support requests, and escalations with strong customer service.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve hardware and technology issues.
• Perform technology audits, inventory tracking, and asset management activities.
• Assist with device imaging, Microsoft Autopilot deployments, and Intune-related testing and support.
• Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and technical solutions.
• Work independently to prioritize and resolve issues in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Occasionally provide after-hours or on-call remote support as needed.
