Malarkey Roofing Products is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to support plant production, logistics, and IT services at the Franklin, IN site. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile devices to keep operations running smoothly.

Join a safety‑driven team and help uphold information security policies while partnering with MSPs and vendors for issue resolution and onboarding tasks for new hires.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in an IT-related discipline is required.
• Field of Study Preferred: IT.
• Required Work Experience: 1-2 Years.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Monitor and respond to IT helpdesk tickets using ticketing software.
• Collaborate with MSP and vendors to resolve on-site issues.
• Assist onboarding and separation tasks for new and departing employees.
• Maintain and develop core IT best practices and inventory.
