Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading forklift and material handling technology provider, seeks an on‑site help desk IT specialist in New Bremen, OH. You will support PC hardware and software, configure peripherals, and assist manufacturing machines running Windows and Linux to connect to networks and file shares.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of PC OS experience, knowledge of Windows 11, SCCM, Active Directory, and strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience with PC operating systems and business software preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Wyse Thin OS, SCCM, Outlook and Active Directory is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support for computer software and hardware issues using established processes to resolve routine end‑user questions and problems.
• Identify and resolve software applications and business processes; troubleshoot and repair hardware.
• Install, configure, and verify operation of peripheral components (PCs, data collection devices, monitors, printers).
• Provide technical support for manufacturing machines running Windows, Windows Embedded, Linux, and other OS to connect to networks and file shares.
• Provide on‑site assistance for remote network and server administrators.
