Pella Windows & Doors of the Carolinas and Southwest Virginia is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician Tier II to provide technical support to end users in High Point, NC.

The role entails troubleshooting hardware and software, onboarding devices, responding to tickets, and delivering user training while maintaining documentation and following security practices. This position is full-time and located in North Carolina, with opportunities to support nearby regions as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Certifications in IT are preferred but not required.
Minimum of 2 years in similar position highly preferred.
Lift equipment up to 40 lbs. occasionally and without assistance.

Responsibilities

Serve as initial IT helpdesk contact via tickets.
Monitor tickets and escalate complex issues.
Provide end-user support for hardware and software.
Onboard devices and users; train end users.
Create and maintain documentation for service requests.
Support NC and SW Virginia regions and South Carolina as needed.
