Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of help desk/desktop support experience or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365; basic networking concepts.
• Certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware, software, and OS.
• Set up new user accounts, email, and system access; manage account changes.
• Troubleshoot networked printers/copiers and VoIP/phone systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, patches, and imaging of endpoint devices.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses; document issues in the ticketing system.
