MBRAUN Incorporated in Stratham, New Hampshire, is seeking a full‑time Help Desk Technician - Level 1 to join our IT Department. You will provide first‑line IT support for all US locations and assist end users both in-house and remotely.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, organized, and able to work independently in a collaborative environment. US citizenship is required due to federal contracts and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• US Citizenship is required due to federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for all United States company locations.
• Provide technical support to in-house and remote end users.
• Onboarding IT training of new employees.
• Maintain operating system workstations (Windows 10/11) and servers (Windows Server 2012/2016/2022).
• Administrate ERP financial system and CREO engineering system.
• Manage MDM platform and company cell phones (Apple/Android).
• Daily use of help desk for operations and user support.
• Manage technology inventory and asset labeling.
