Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, CIS, Networking, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of technical support experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, networking, and PC hardware.
• Industry Certifications (A+, Network+, etc.) preferred.
• Valid transportation, clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Providing remote and in-person support to local businesses including operating system issues, Active Directory/Office 365 support, network connectivity troubleshooting, peripheral device support, and more.
• Providing exceptional customer service and professionalism as the face of the organization for customers.
• Travel to local businesses for hands-on support needs.
