Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide professional technical support to staff, providers, interns, and contractors across Ohio. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telecom issues, respond to tickets, document interactions, and assist with software installations and configurations.

Travel to ISBH offices statewide is required. The role emphasizes patient confidentiality, strong customer service, and teamwork to ensure

Qualifications

Associate degree in IT or related field, or IT certification; A+ certification required.
At least 3 years of helpdesk experience in a Windows environment.
Healthcare IT experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical troubleshooting via phone, chat, remote tools, and in person.
Resolve tickets efficiently with a customer-friendly approach.
Manage accounts: password resets, unlocks, group changes, and creation.
Document all interactions in the help desk system.
Install, update, and configure software for end users.
Travel to offices across the service area is required.
