Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to support staff across Ohio. The role provides first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, handles accounts, password resets, and ticket documentation, and assists with endpoint devices and device refresh cycles.

Travel to ISBH offices is required. The pay range is $25.66–$30.06 per hour, and ISBH offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, disability

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in IT or related field; A+ certification required.
• 3+ years of helpdesk or technology experience in Windows environment.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot desktop hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical troubleshooting support via phone, chat, remote tools, and in person.
• Resolve tickets efficiently with clear documentation and timely updates.
• Manage user accounts: reset passwords, unlocks, group changes, and basic account issues.
• Research and resolve issues or escalate to tier 2 as needed.
• Install, configure, test, and update software for end users.
• Document all interactions in the helpdesk system; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform ongoing maintenance on endpoint devices and participate in device refresh cycles.
• Travel to ISBH offices across the service area as required.
