Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide professional technical support across multiple locations in Ohio. The role includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and telecom issues, account management, and end-user training. Travel across the service area is required.

The pay range is $25.66–$30.06 per hour, based on experience and licensure. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent IT training, A+ certification, and at least

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT training is required; A+ certification is required.
• At least 3 years of helpdesk or technology experience in a Windows environment.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong desktop support and basic networking knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical troubleshooting via phone, chat, and in-person.
• Resolve tickets efficiently and document interactions in the system.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Install, test, and configure software for end users.
• Perform preventative maintenance on endpoint devices and device refreshes.
• Travel to offices across the service area as required.
