Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide professional technical support for employees, providers, interns, and contractors across Ohio. The role covers hardware, software, system, telecom, and troubleshooting with ticket-based support and on-site assistance as needed.

The position requires Windows-based experience, strong customer service, and occasional travel to offices throughout the state.

Qualifications

Associate degree in IT or related field or equivalent IT certification; A+ certification required.
At least 3 years of helpdesk experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Experience in healthcare IT preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Solid knowledge of desktop hardware/software troubleshooting and network basics.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support via phone, chat, remote tools, and in person.
Resolve tickets efficiently, maintaining good customer service.
Manage user accounts: reset passwords, unlock, create, modify groups, and troubleshoot issues.
Document all interactions in the ticketing system.
Install, update, test, and configure software for end users.
