Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware and software, and assist with specialty applications/upgrades.
• Track calls in a district trouble-ticket system and route to appropriate staff.
• Assist with basic network tasks such as password resets and print queue monitoring.
• Communicate clearly with users and technology personnel; support installations/upgrades as directed.
