Qualificações

• Experience in help desk or desktop support.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Familiarity with PC hardware and peripheral configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to lift and move computers, monitors, and other equipment.

Responsabilidades

• User Setup & Configuration: Configure Windows workstations and laptops, create user accounts, set up Microsoft 365 and Rightworks, and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Hardware Deployment & Support: Install and configure computers, monitors, docking stations, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and assist with equipment upgrades and replacements.
• Office & Technology Support: Support office moves, workstation setups, cable management, conference rooms, and shared technology equipment.
• Inventory & Documentation: Track technology assets, maintain accurate equipment records, document hardware assignments, and assist with inventory audits.
• IT Support: Provide responsive, professional technical assistance while following established IT procedures and documentation standards.
