Cotality in Oklahoma City is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist (Software Support) to diagnose and resolve Windows and mobile software issues, guiding end users by phone or chat and logging all interactions in the ticketing system.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred), solid problem-solving and communication skills, and adaptability. Training is on-site for 90 days, with a future hybrid schedule and shifts that may include overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in Help Desk or technical support is preferred.
• Windows and general troubleshooting skills; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex software issues in Windows environment.
• Support mobile (iOS/Android) software issues.
• Provide technical guidance to end-users via phone or chat.
• Create logs of all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Identify bugs and suggest product enhancements to the development team.
