Job summary

Cotality is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist (Software Support) in Oklahoma City to serve as the primary contact for IT infrastructure and proprietary software support for real estate appraisers and inspectors across US and Canada.

The role involves diagnosing software issues in Windows and mobile apps, handling calls, on-the-job training, and a hybrid work model after training with one day onsite and typically four days remote. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• Experience: Previous Help Desk or technical customer support experience is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows, general problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve software issues in Windows and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Customer Support: provide guidance via phone or chat to end-users.
• Documentation: log all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Product Improvement: identify bugs and suggest enhancements to the dev team.
