Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required due to sensitive customer-related information.
• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with 0–2 years of experience, or HS with 8 years of experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document technical issues.
• Work well under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Pass the CompTIA Network+ within ninety days of hire if not already obtained.
