Job summary

DRM, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to join the IT Department at the Corporate Office in Omaha, NE. This role serves as the first point of contact for IT service events and supports end users across the organization.

Ideal candidates have basic networking knowledge, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 10%. Some after-hours work may be required as projects are implemented; benefits include medical, dental, 401k, life insurance, and paid

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience preferred.
• 1+ year of help desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house computer and network deployment and support at the corporate office and stores.
• Manage end user access and permissions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues via phone and on-site.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, workstations, software, printers, and other IT solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment installations and updates.
• Provide informal end-user training on new solutions.
