Signature Performance, Inc. seeks an IT Customer Service Support professional in Omaha, NE to deliver top-notch service by phone and email, aiming for first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction.

You will document activity in the Service Desk and assist with workstation and server support tasks. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in IT/technical customer service, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly; on-site with occasional remote

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service IT/technical support role.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Symantec Antivirus, and Adobe products.
• Experience with Active Directory, VPNs, and basic network troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls or emails aiming for first call resolution.
• Document call activity in the Service Desk ticketing system.
• Maintain access for client systems and support workstation/server needs.
• Provide remote workstation support and assist with basic printer management.
• Participate in new hire IT orientation and training programs.
• Handle password resets/unlocks in Active Directory.
