D. R. Horton Division IT Support in Omaha is seeking an IT specialist to assist users across applications and systems. You will work with regional teams to support IT needs, maintain devices and software, and manage user accounts with minimal downtime.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of related experience, plus proficiency in MS Office and email. Occasional overtime and overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support on all applications used in the division.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate staff to meet IT needs.
• Maintain copiers, phones, printers, computers, networks, websites, and software with minimal downtime.
• Manage software and hardware inventory, including maintenance and upgrades.
• Administer all user accounts and groups, provisioning and termination as needed.
• Work with vendors to procure equipment, services, and software.
• Train staff on all applications.
• Ability to work overtime
• Ability to travel overnight
