Job summary

Interco, a global metals trading and recycling company based in St. Louis, seeks a Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to end-users, maintain hardware and software, and ensure seamless connectivity across the organization.

Responsibilities include provisioning workstations, troubleshooting connectivity, diagnosing hardware issues, and managing AD and Microsoft 365 environments. On-site role with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer information systems or a related major.
• At least two years of experience as a desktop support technician or similar role.
• Experience in a domain environment.

Responsibilities

• Provision workstations.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and file share issues.
• Diagnose hardware issues.
• Work with Active Directory and Microsoft O365.
• Workstation and wire management.
