Interclypse, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Senior Help Desk Specialist to provide telephone and in-person support for directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this Contract or predecessors.

This role serves as the initial point of contact for diagnosing hardware, software, and printer problems, and requires strong communication and customer service skills. All positions are onsite at various locations in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business IT environments with PC hardware and applications.
• 5+ years knowledge of PC operating systems and help desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and in-person support for directories, Windows desktop apps, and contract/legacy applications.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
