The ideal candidate has at least two years of desktop support experience, a degree in computer science or a related field, and hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 in a domain environment.

Job Description

Interco has an opening for a skilled Help Desk Specialist in the IT department. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual that has excellent customer service skills as well as strong technical skills. This Help Desk Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to end-users, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring seamless connectivity across the organization.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provision workstations
• Troubleshoot connectivity and file share issues
• Diagnose hardware issues
• Work with Active Directory and Microsoft O365
• Workstation and wire management

• $40,000-$50,000Annually

The nonferrous facility is located on the 40-acre main campus in Madison (IL) while the computers and electronics are processed in Edwardsville where the Administrative and some logistics offices are located. The commercial department is located on The Hill in St. Louis.
