Empirical Systems Aerospace, Inc (ESAero) is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for the company's IT systems, software, and hardware. This role involves installing, configuring, troubleshooting, imaging, and asset management to ensure staff have reliable access to technology resources.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication, and the ability to document issues and resolutions.

Qualifications

• Understanding computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Wiping and De-commissioning obsolete hardware.
• Assist with deployment of software updates.
• Setup accounts and workstations.
• Imaging laptops and desktops.
• Terminate ethernet cables as required.
• Document issues, solutions, and user interactions.
• Provide IT support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level IT personnel when necessary.
