Job summary

Intuitive Machines is seeking an IT Help Desk & Systems Administrator to provide hands-on technical support and assist with IT infrastructure administration. You will ensure employees have reliable access to technology and services to support critical aerospace missions.

Responsibilities include Tier I/II support, Windows OS/app maintenance, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, and coordination of hardware deployments and virtualization environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments and enterprise software.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD/Entra ID lifecycle management.
• Experience with Windows Server, Group Policy, file/print services, and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and networking basics.
• Experience with ticketing/IT service management platforms.
• Understanding of NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and II help desk and systems support.
• Diagnose and resolve break/fix incidents in a timely manner.
• Manage support tickets and SLA compliance.
• Support end-user devices and engineering workstations.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows OS and business applications.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 security groups and access.
• Assist with Windows servers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and virtualization.
• Perform imaging, deployments, patch management, and endpoint updates.
• Coordinate hardware repairs and warranty support with vendors.
• Monitor system health, perform backups and recovery operations.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain inventory.
