Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of help desk experience.
• Associate's degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and common hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Log all requests and resolutions in the HRIS system.
• Password resets and account unlocks.
• Escalate complex problems to IT Manager.
• Assist IT Manager in project tasks.
• Maintain detailed records of support activities.
