Job summary

Cache Valley Electric in Eagle Mountain, Utah is seeking a Help Desk IT Specialist to deliver hands-on technical support across our systems and end users. You’ll work with a wide range of hardware and software to keep a growing company running smoothly.

Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining user accounts and email, onboarding and offboarding, repairing peripherals, maintaining inventories, and creating technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Batch).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID/Intune and Office 365.
• Ability to configure network basics and printers.
• Pass a background check; A+/Net+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user hardware/software support (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers).
• Maintain and update helpdesk tickets with documentation and resolution.
• Set up and support user accounts, mailboxes, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain inventory of hardware/software; track assets and returns.
• Support file servers, and remote locations; participate in on-call rotation.
