Job summary

EaglePicher Technologies is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide Help Desk support, diagnose issues, and translate business needs into tech solutions. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential, and hands-on experience with IT projects is a plus.

Responsibilities include handling end-user PC issues, supporting Windows AD, Office 365, VOIP, printers, laptops and workstations; participate in projects; maintain inventories and documentation; and deliver effective user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology preferred.
• A+ Certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Windows OS, Mac OS and VPN.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk for end-user and PC issues and requests.
• Participates in technology projects and implementation.
• Maintain hardware inventory, shipping, testing, etc.
• Work independently or as part of a team on new applications or processes.
• Provide effective support to minimize end-user downtime.
• Respond to escalated end-user issues.
