Job summary

Wachter is seeking an IT Help Desk specialist to provide on-site and remote support for Windows, macOS, and Linux, PCs, printers, and office devices. You will manage Microsoft 365 applications, identity and device administration, MFA and password resets, licenses, and device enrollment, while ensuring policy compliance and excellent customer service.

You will work with IT tools like Entra ID, Intune, ServiceNow, and AI assistants such as Claude and Copilot to enable efficient, secure daily

Qualifications

Experience in IT help desk support in a corporate environment.
Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Linux and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote IT support for PCs, Macs, printers, mobile devices, and other office tech.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
Assist users with Microsoft 365 apps and cloud/local apps.
Perform identity and device administration in Microsoft Entra ID and Intune.
Manage MFA, password resets, licenses, and device enrollment.
Ensure compliance and follow IT policies and best practices.
Support AI tools like Claude and Microsoft Copilot; assist with access provisioning.
Maintain ticket queue and collaborate with IT for escalations.
Document IT assets and support activities; perform routine maintenance.
