Job summary

Elite-Recruiting- is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support for employees, handling hardware, software, and network issues. You will troubleshoot problems, maintain IT assets, and deliver customer service to ensure reliable business technology operations.

You will work with TeamViewer/AnyDesk/Remote Desktop, manage tickets, document knowledge, and assist end users with Office, email, browsers, and mobile devices while escalating complex issues as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; IT degree preferred.
Experience in Help Desk support and Windows environments.
Familiarity with common business apps and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote support, and in-person assistance.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
Create, prioritize, update, and close support tickets in the ticketing system.
Maintain documentation and IT asset inventories; assist end users with training.
