Ohio Department of Insurance is seeking a College Intern for Information Technology – IT Help Desk in Columbus, OH. The role supports hardware/software installations, documentation, and coordination across IT platforms, with typical hours Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

The intern must be enrolled in a related college program and possess strong IT and customer service skills, plus collaboration, customer focus and teamwork. On-site position at 50 West Town Street.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college degree program related to Information Systems or Computer Science.
• Technical Skills: Information Technology and Customer Service.
• Professional Skills: Collaboration, Customer Focus, Teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Assist with installation, maintenance, configuration, upgrades and/or administration of hardware and/or software in workstation support, information security, telecommunications, and network connectivity.
• Create, organize, file, and maintain documentation.
• Interface with other platforms from a hardware and/or software perspective.
• Attend meetings as necessary and other duties as assigned.
• Report in location: 50 West Town St. Suite 300, Columbus, Ohio 43215
• Workdays and Hours would vary between Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm based on student schedule
