Job summary

The role is office-based in Ohio, with hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., and frequent overtime including weekends and evenings; travel to branch locations may be required. Prior IT exposure and MS Office proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; IT Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
• Experience in technology or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Desk by handling incidents and customer requests.
• Support Engineering by working on projects across technologies used by the company.
• Assist with invoices, supplies, inventory, assets and related activities.
• Perform other duties to support the company's mission of delivering quality financial services.
• Other duties as required.
