Job summary

The Cincinnati Insurance Company is seeking undergraduate IT Desktop Support Interns for Summer 2027. The role is onsite at our Fairfield, Ohio headquarters.

As an intern you will build and configure Windows workstations, troubleshoot software/hardware issues, and support end users while learning new tools and technologies. You must be a full-time undergraduate student (2nd year or above) with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and able to work up to 40 hours per week.

• Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student (2nd year or above preferred).

• Transcripts required with candidate profile submission.
• In good academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred).
• Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Windows workstations for associates.
• Perform advanced software/hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot and respond to user questions.
• Track and update open calls and escalate problems as needed.
• Assist with documenting, maintaining, upgrades or replacing hardware and software systems.
