Job summary

Under supervision, you will assist with routine troubleshooting, document issues, and help guide Student Help Desk workers.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of IT Help Desk concepts and customer support
• Ability to document work activities and compose reports

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine troubleshooting for faculty, staff, and students via phone, ticketing system, and in-person support
• Review service requests, document issues, and route or resolve tickets per guidelines
• Orient and guide Student Help Desk workers on SOPs and ticket documentation
• Support student field workers by teaching standard procedures for on-site issues
• Maintain Student Help Desk schedules and staffing plans
• Assist with complex or high-priority service requests under supervision
