Job summary

COPT seeks a Tier I/II desktop support specialist to provide end-user assistance on Windows and applications, including imaging and endpoint management. You will monitor the help desk channels and help resolve issues to keep operations running smoothly.

This role collaborates with network engineers on basic tasks during an ongoing network redesign project and participates in asset management of IT equipment within a busy service center.

Qualifications
