Paycom is seeking an IT Help Desk and Training Specialist in Newmarket, NH. This hybrid role provides frontline support for computers, Office 365, AthenaOne, printers, and phones, while assisting with training and documentation to improve user competency.

You will respond to end-user requests, troubleshoot effectively, and support revenue cycle reporting. The role emphasizes customer service and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in IT, CS, Education, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of IT support or related technical role.
• Experience supporting and training users on an EHR system; AthenaOne preferred.
• Strong Windows, Office 365, and basic networking knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and customer-service focus.
• Experience creating training materials and using learning tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline IT support to staff and end users.
