Aston Carter is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to provide frontline support for internal employees. You will be the first point of contact, diagnosing basic issues and guiding users to quick resolutions while documenting steps taken.

This onsite Fargo, ND role offers Tier 1 support via phone, email, and ticketing systems, with emphasis on customer service, accurate troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT teams to keep the organization connected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of tech support or help desk experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Comfortable assisting users via phone and email.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet outage issues.
• Coordinate with providers to open and manage service tickets.
• Set up, configure, maintain, and remove voicemail accounts.
• Document requests, steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while resolving issues efficiently.
