Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain superior customer experience through effective ongoing communication with clients, vendors, and our technical support staff.
• Respond to incoming phone calls and email help desk requests using our ticketing system.
• Respond to incoming IT problems via help desk software and provide hands-on fixes at the desktop level.
• Perform basic network administration tasks such as setting up new user accounts and granting access to resources.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and issue resolution on open tickets.
