Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise IT hardware/Desktop support.
• Proficient imaging/configuration with SCCM.
• Experience with IT asset inventory and deployment.
• Proficient with end-user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers).
• Experience with AD, Remedy, LANDesk or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Desktop support certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inventory, stage, and prepare equipment for deployment.
• Image and configure devices using SCCM.
• Prepare new/replacement equipment for distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and locations.
• Assist with receiving, movement, storage, and distribution of IT hardware.
• Track equipment through lifecycle from receipt to disposition.
• Perform basic hardware troubleshooting as needed.
• Process service requests and equipment assignments via ticketing system.
• Assist with large-scale device refreshes and deployments.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure readiness.
