Job summary

Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis is seeking an IT Asset Management Hardware Analyst to lead hardware asset projects, optimize utilization, and drive cost efficiencies across the enterprise. The role requires coordinating with IT, procurement, and service teams to ensure accurate asset tracking and timely deployment.

You will oversee asset lifecycle management, develop data-driven dashboards, and mentor junior staff while aligning delivery to high customer satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT and asset management.
• 2+ years leading projects including large-scale initiatives.
• 5+ years designing/configuring endpoint solutions (desktops, laptops, tablets, phones, networks, printers, scanners).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex hardware asset management projects, optimizing asset utilization and reducing costs.
• Manage project planning, solution designs, configurations, and implementation tasks to deliver robust environments that meet customer requirements.
• Collect, consolidate, evaluate, and refine project requirements with customers, translating them into technical requirements and recommended solutions.
• Assist Hardware team with project assessment, estimation, resource requirements, and solution requirements.
• Coordinate procurement activities and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and service levels.
• Plan, execute, and track asset lifecycle management and reporting dashboards with KPIs.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership; mentor junior team members.
