Hollstadt Consulting is seeking an Asset Manager Analyst to oversee hardware asset management, forecasting, and reporting. The role starts fully onsite for training, then shifts to a hybrid schedule in the North Twin Cities Metro area, with onsite presence Tuesday-Thursday.

The position emphasizes Excel-based accounting, asset forecasting, and collaboration with IT Accounting, Sourcing, and Deployment teams to optimize asset lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with PC lifecycles and asset management.
• Strong Excel skills and accounting knowledge.
• Ability to communicate across all levels and work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the subject matter expert for Hardware Asset Management.
• Establishes processes to ensure Hardware Asset Management best practices are followed.
• Provides annual analysis on sourcing methods for company computers.
• Performs quarterly stockroom inventory and periodic spot checks.
• Provides training and ongoing support to onshore and offshore desktop support staff.
