Hollstadt Consulting is seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to oversee hardware assets across a 7,000+ endpoint environment. You will forecast needs, manage stock, and coordinate with IT Accounting, Sourcing and Procurement to ensure accurate records and cost control.

Responsibilities include maintaining asset dashboards, performing quarterly audits, and enabling automation with ServiceNow. Training will be onsite, transitioning to hybrid in the North Twin Cities Metro.

Competenze

• Accounting experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial forecasting skills.
• Experience with asset management processes and data accuracy.

Mansioni

• Lead hardware asset management programs and processes.
• Develop annual hardware forecasts and capital plans.
• Reconcile stock consumption monthly and validate with IT Accounting.
• Provide asset reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT Sourcing, Deployment and Procurement.
• Maintain asset management documentation and knowledge base.
• Assist with software asset management backups and license tracking.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow for automation opportunities.
