Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise Hardware Asset Management programs.
• 3+ years leading audit readiness and reconciliations.
• 2+ years building trusted asset data for reporting and analytics.
• 2+ years with ServiceNow HAM Pro, CMDB integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise SME for HAM data governance and lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end asset lifecycle, inventory accuracy, and audits.
• Enhance ServiceNow HAM Pro and CMDB integrations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Governance, Security, and IT.
• Develop training, documentation, and analytics to drive adoption.
