Fairview Health Services is seeking a Senior IT Asset Management Hardware Analyst to oversee hardware lifecycle programs, procurement, deployment, and vendor management. The role supports IT construction projects and may require onsite involvement at multiple sites, with mentorship of junior staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating deployments of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, producing status reports, managing budgets, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in computer science or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years in IT; 3 years in deployment/technology migration.
• 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise projects and programs.
• 6+ years designing and operating endpoint solutions (desktops, laptops, tablets, phones, printers).
• Experience in budget planning, data analysis, and vendor procurement management.

Responsabilités

• Lead coordination of end-user hardware deployment across the organization.
• Manage complex hardware asset management projects and provide updates to the team.
• Provide guidance to technical resources to ensure deployment activities follow plans.
• Create detailed reports on project status and asset locations for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive deliverables.
• Plan, execute, and track asset lifecycle management and procurement.
