Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Miami is seeking an energetic IT Governance intern to support our governance, records management and PMO activities while learning our controls framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain hands-on experience in expense and contract administration, and develop professional communication skills in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, business, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work autonomously within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Willing to learn and pay attention to detail.
• Dedication to the team’s success.

Responsibilities

• Governance and meeting support including agenda coordination, meeting materials, action logs, decisions.
• Records and documentation management with trackers and evidence repositories.
• Administrative support for PIF, UDF, and Calero activities.
• IT financial and expense support including variance tracking and invoice follow-up.
• Contract administration support with renewal calendars and status tracking.
• Service request coordination and PMO administrative tasks.
