Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Understand Information Governance policy and obligations with stakeholders.
• Resolve inquiries relating to Information Governance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate identification, transfer and collection of materials for attorney departures and client transfers.
• Transfer electronic records to/from the Document Management System (iManage) and related repositories.
• Ensure data and metadata are correctly imported and classified to correct workspaces.
• Document outbound digital record transfers for due diligence tracking (ServiceNow).
• Develop positive working relationships with attorneys during onboarding and offboarding.
• Utilize FTP, security/encryption tools, metadata structures, and reporting databases.
• Coordinate security for information in workspaces/folders within Governance systems.
• Contribute to development, implementation, and maintenance of best practices and internal controls.
