Tallgrass is offering a Summer 2027 Information Governance intern role in Lakewood, CO (hybrid/In-person). The intern will gain hands-on experience in data governance, records management, and supporting the Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

You will collaborate with a team, learn documented processes, and contribute to projects while developing real-world skills in governance and technology support.

Qualifikationen

• Student enrolled in a degreed program with expected graduation date Dec 2026–May 2028.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 apps including SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive.
• Familiarity with data management, records management, or information systems concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn documented processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Gain hands-on experience in information governance and records management.
• Support end users with SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive issues.
• Assist indexing, categorizing, and offsite/offline records coordination.
• Help document, reconcile, and monitor information across systems.
• Contribute to Power Platform automations and apps development.
• Audit data usage, storage, and site collections for issues.
