Job summary

Tampa Electric Company invites applicants to Spring 2027 IT PMO Internship, offering hands-on experience in the IT Project Management Office. You will assist with system administration, requirements documentation, and process improvement in a fast-paced tech environment.

As part of the co‑op, you’ll work with project managers and system administrators to streamline workflows, build dashboards, and contribute to PMO effectiveness while gaining mentorship and industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college or graduate program in IT, business, or project management.
• GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PMO system administration and user access management.
• Capture and translate business and technical requirements into clear documentation.
• Support process improvements and PMO workflows.
• Help develop dashboards and reports to track project status and budgets.
• Attend project meetings, take notes, track action items and follow up.
• Assist with QA and documentation auditing across the project lifecycle.
