Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited university as an undergrad or graduate in IT, business, or PM.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required.
• Familiarity with PMO concepts and SDLC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• PMO System Administration: Smartsheet and PMO tool admin tasks.
• Requirements Documentation: capture and translate business/technical needs.
• Process Improvement: analyze and suggest PMO process enhancements.
• Dashboard and Reporting Support: develop project status and budget dashboards.
• Meeting Support: take notes and track action items.
• Quality Assurance: assist with documentation auditing and QA processes.
