Job summary

Porsche Cars North America is seeking an IT Projects and Governance Intern to assist with project governance, audits, and directive rollout. You will coordinate deliverables with IT and business teams and support BCM and disaster recovery documentation, while working with vendors on procurement and budgeting matters.

The role emphasizes process improvement and strong cross-functional collaboration across IT, Finance, Procurement and Accounting teams.

Qualifications

Pursuing a 4-year degree in IT, information sciences or business administration.
Related experience preferred.
Strong project management, vendor management, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Prepare documentation for audits, exams, reviews.
Assist with the creation, implementation and annual review of directives, policies, procedures and work instructions.
Coordinate project deliverables with IT PMs, departments and vendors.
Support business continuity and disaster recovery plan documentation and testing.
Assist with department process-improvement initiatives.
Ensure PRs, POs and other documents are completed and approved per directives.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT and external vendors.
