Job summary

USA Lacrosse is seeking an IT Generalist to keep our technology running smoothly across the organization. You will support Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and other platforms, coordinating with Tier 2 partners and cybersecurity teams.

This entry-level to early-career role offers hands-on IT experience, onboarding for new hires, and collaboration with a passionate nonprofit team in Sparks, MD, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, or related role.
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments and M365.
• Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM; admin training a plus.
• Basic networking and cybersecurity understanding; AI awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and ticket handling.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and offboarding of staff.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in M365 and Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Tier 2 partners and document SOPs.
